Self care is something everyone should do DAILY! Especially with everything going on in the world it's what we deserve! Self care doesn't have to be expensive, check these tips.
Self care can be simple activities that you can do everyday within your budget!
DAILY SELF CARE TIPS
1. HAVE A SELF PAMPER / SPA DAY
I love to indulge in self care in and outside my body! My favorite things to do include:
Running a bath with candles and my diffuser (my favorite one is from amazon you can shop my storefront here! ) that contains my favorite essential oil, lavender, and relax with a good book. This then takes my mind and relaxes without distraction from my phone!
BODY CARE :
After my bath I make sure I lather up with my GlamButter and Golden flower bomb facial oil to make sure I'm feeling as luxurious as possible..... on a budget of course! You can find these items in my shop!
2. DO SOME SORT OF EXERCISE
Okay listen.... I hate working out too okay! However you don't have to always be sweating out a storm to get some exercise. I like to at least take a walk or a slight jog.
Exercising releases endorphins in the body that boosts your energy and happiness.
Getting a good 30 minutes of sunlight daily makes a huge difference.
3. GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK
I struggle with this a lot but I'm learning!
Sometimes it is okay to just sit back and do NOTHING.
Being too productive all the time can lead to a burn out and its not healthy to work work work and then just... crash.
Take a day, watch a movie or do your favorite activity! No emails, work and limit phone use.
